ich habe nun Debian 11 auf meinen neuen Laptop Installiert. Nun hab ich den nvidia Treiber (RTX270 Super) wie folgt Installiert: Optimal Ubuntu Graphics Setup for Thinkpads. 3 support is now available! Windows driver version 473. My GPU isn't critical to the main topic of this thread, but it is involved in my end goal.
One thing, I just read in other forum the following that might be the explanation for this issue: Nvidia Optimus does not work under FreeBSD, it has to be disabled in BIOS and only one graphics card can be enabled in BIOS (Intel or Nvidia).

On Ubuntu or … After spending 4 days in a row,i was finally able to install and run Official NVIDIA driver on my HP Envy 15 laptop. I've installed intel, nouveau and nvidia proprietary drivers right on the go, but as much as I'm ashamed to say, after hours of Gnome with wayland working, I can't even tell which driver my system is running. The information presented here might be inaccurate and outdated and is most likely incomplete.
There has not been official Linux support for Optimus from Nvidia.
